BC Mainland Division Training and AGM Weekend Kitlist

The kitlist provided is the bare minimum. Please pack everything on the list, depending on your group. The hotel will require a valid Credit Card and photo ID for whomever is paying for the room.

The hotel provides the following in their rooms:

Towels
Face clothes
Bedding (pillows and blankets included)
Meals (attendees only - Saturday all day and Sunday Breakfast)

Everything else will need to be provided by you.

All attendees should bring the following:

Personal Toiletries
Casual wear (Friday evening)
Sleeping clothes
Notebook and pen, or a Laptop computer

Branch Member or Executive

Business-casual attire (Saturday and Sunday)
Business-formal dinnerwear (i.e. suit and tie) (Saturday Evening Awards Dinner)

Navy League Cadet Officer

No 3 Uniform (white short-sleeve shirt; black trousers; belt; black oxfords or parade boots) (Saturday and Sunday)
No 1 Uniform/Mess Kit (with medals) or Business-formal dinnerwear (Saturday Evening Awards Dinner)
NOTE: You do not need to bring your head dress

CIC Officer

Uniform of the Day (Saturday and Sunday)
Full Uniform/Mess Kit (with medals) or Business-formal dinnerwear (Saturday Evening Awards Dinner)
NOTE: You do not need to bring your head dress

Guest

Business-casual attire for Saturday and Sunday
